Lenny Johnson serves as Freedom Connection's lead pastor. Lenny is married to his husband of 20 years, Ryan. Together, they have seven children and three grandchildren. During the week, he is a full-time pastor and cares for his children and grandchildren, some of whom have various special needs. In his spare time, he enjoys family time, ancestry research, and road trips.

Ryan Hildebrand serves as the Assistant Pastor at Freedom Connection. Ryan is married to his husband, Lenny, and together they have seven children and three grandchildren. During the week, Ryan works as a Business Analyst at a large telecommunications company. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys photography and travel.
